Cheryl Bowley, Owner and President of VTE, has been employed in the title industry since 1987. A Licensed Title Agent with the State of Maryland she has Title Insurance Agency appointments with Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. A graduate of University of Maryland, she holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Cheryl is an active member of The Maryland Land Title Association, The Maryland Homebuilders Association and NRG, Energy for Business. She resides in Howard County with her husband Tom and two children.

Melanie Brohawn, Paralegal/Senior Settlement Coordinator, has been a valuable member of VTE since February of 2003. She is a Licensed Title Agent with the State of Maryland. She has over seven years of experience settling loans in the State of Maryland. Melanie resides in Howard County.

Kathryn B. Rockefeller, Esquire, joined Vintage as a Settlement Coordinator in 2003. Kathy offers closing assistance, oversees the preparation of deeds, and is a knowledgeable and reliable resource for our staff and our clients. A 1991 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore, Kathy is a member of the Maryland Bar. Kathy grew up in Carroll County, and was graduated from McDaniel College, in Westminster, as a member of the national Phi Beta Kappa Honor society. Since college, Kathy and her husband, Rick and their three daughters have made Howard County their home, where they are very active in community, church and sporting events. Kathy is a certified mediator and is an active volunteer at the Howard County Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center.
